- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Okay so the girl at the front desk at the ER Triage check in was sweet, the RN however with the light brown hair and pony tail with glasses was so RUDE! Nurses should be compassionate and patient advocates but she sure wasnt. She told me my niece looked perfectly fine and asked me to step aside. I'm sorry are you a Doctor? And then instead of kindly explaining proper protocol to me she was just so rude and told me they cant help me. Wow.October 23, 2017by Danielle Keirns
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very pleased and impressed with the care I received yesterday in the ER. Not only was everyone friendly and caring they were also speedy! From entering the ER to discharge was only 3hours!
