- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Edith answered phone 7/3/14. Completely rushed and rude. No appts ever. Has to know what's wrong in order to help. Really ? Amer health needs to monitor its employee customer service. Always been bad. If u don't like people, don't have a customer service job. Must be something wrong in mgmt here. Too bad. The docs are good. You guys are busy bc of quality docs in spite of horrific people skills. Don't take frustrations of ur work out on ur clients. They pay ur salary.
